Our Story
Our farm began in 2002 with row crops and by 2005, we had moved to free range hogs. Jeremiah wanted to raise hogs the way his grandfather and uncle had for many years, which is where he got his beginnings on the farm as a child. Jeremiah has 5 associate degrees in agriculture from NCSU while Jessica has a bachelor’s in Agriculture from NCSU. We added soybean processing in 2013 and custom livestock feeds for purchase in 2022.
Jeremiah formed the North Carolina Natural Hog Growers Association in 2007 and has acted as President since its inception. He coordinates sales to multiple markets including restaurants and wholesalers.
We have raised hogs for Whole Foods grocery stores for 15 years.
We use Acre Station Meat Farm in Pinetown, NC for all of our processing.
Our livestock are fed diets handcrafted and prepared on the farm from grains we grow, harvest and process.
